Educational purpose

The website and workbook provide general frameworks for working with AI and making business decisions. They are educational materials and do not provide personalized legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

You are responsible for assessing your own circumstances, checking facts and AI-generated outputs, and obtaining qualified advice when needed. Examples are illustrative. No particular business result, income, savings, or AI output is guaranteed.

Permission to use the workbook

The original site content and workbook are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise credited, they belong to Anthony J. Borowski. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

You may download, print, and complete the free workbook for your personal use and internal work within your business or team. You may adapt your own completed worksheets for that internal work. Keep the author and copyright notices on copies of the original materials.

You may share a link to the official website so others can obtain their own copy. Permission is required to sell the workbook, publish or distribute it as your own product, remove its attribution, or include substantial portions in a commercial course or publication. These terms do not limit uses permitted by applicable copyright law.

Your own business information, decisions, and worksheet answers remain yours. Downloading or completing the workbook does not transfer ownership of those answers to us.

Workbook requests and email

Use an email address you own or are authorized to use. Requesting the free workbook also requests the related emails described on the signup form. You can unsubscribe using the link in a subscription email or by contacting anthony.j.borowski@gmail.com.

The Privacy Policy explains how the website handles signup information. These terms do not replace that policy or waive your privacy rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to submit another person's email without authorization, send spam, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another person's rights. Normal browsing, accessibility tools, and legitimate search indexing are permitted.

Availability and third-party services

We may correct, update, replace, or discontinue site content and free resources. Downloads and email delivery may occasionally be interrupted or delayed.

Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. These terms cover the site and its free resources; any paid product or service may have separate purchase terms presented before checkout.

Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and free materials are provided as available, without a promise that they will be error-free, continuously available, or suitable for every situation. You remain responsible for the decisions you make and how you apply the materials.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits consumer protections or other rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.
