Information we collect

Information you provide. When you request the workbook, the signup form collects your email address. The site also records the signup source and time. If you email us, we receive your address and the information you include in your message.

Technical information. Hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security or error logs to deliver and protect the site.

The workbook downloads to your device. The site does not collect the answers you write in your downloaded or printed workbook.

How we use information

We use your information to provide the requested workbook, send the related email sequence and educational updates, manage subscriptions, respond to messages, and maintain the site's reliability and security.

By submitting the signup form, you request the workbook and the related emails described beside the form. You can stop those emails at any time using an unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it; withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it was withdrawn.

Service providers and sharing

The website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and infrastructure. Signup records are stored in the site's database. Your email address is also sent to Systeme.io to manage your subscription and the workbook email sequence.

These providers process information as needed to deliver their services. Their own privacy notices describe their processing: OpenAI, Cloudflare, and Systeme.io.

The site's signup process does not sell subscriber information or send it to advertising networks. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to people's rights.

Cookies and similar technology

Cloudflare may use security cookies, including __cf_bm, to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic and protect the site. Other essential infrastructure cookies may be used to deliver the service.

The site does not currently include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Owner access to the private analytics dashboard uses ChatGPT sign-in and may require authentication cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may affect access or functionality. See Cloudflare's cookie information for more detail.

Site analytics

We use our own analytics to count page views, successful workbook signup requests, requests to download the workbook, and clicks on book purchase links. The counters are grouped by day, page or link placement, referring website hostname, and marketing campaign labels from links, such as utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign. Full referring URLs and unrelated query parameters are not stored in these counters.

This analytics system does not use tracking cookies, fingerprinting, or persistent visitor identifiers. It does not store your email address or IP address in analytics records. It counts activity rather than identifying individual visitors. The analytics counters are separate from the email signup records described above.

Signed-in site-owner activity is excluded using the owner's authenticated account, without adding that identity to analytics records. An owner's browser can also store an on/off preference cookie named byp_analytics_optout to remain excluded while signed out. This functional preference can last up to one year, contains no visitor identifier, and is separate for each browser or device.

Analytics collection is skipped when a browser sends an enabled Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Aggregate counters may be retained to compare trends over time. Because these counters contain no visitor identifier, we cannot associate an individual counter with a specific person.

Book purchase links open Amazon, which handles any purchase under its own terms and privacy notice. Our site analytics records the outbound click, not whether you complete a purchase.

Retention, security, and international processing

Subscription information is retained while needed to provide the emails you requested and manage your subscription. A limited record of an unsubscribe request may be retained to help prevent further emails. Correspondence and technical records may be retained as needed to respond to requests, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations.

No internet service can guarantee complete security. Please do not include passwords, financial account details, or other sensitive information in messages to us.

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Their privacy notices explain their international processing practices.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can unsubscribe using the link in a subscription email or contact anthony.j.borowski@gmail.com. Unsubscribing stops subscription emails; it does not automatically delete every record.

You can also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information associated with your email address. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your information, or complain to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, or to honor your opt-out.

Children

This site is intended for business owners, operators, and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the site or its practices change. The date above identifies the current version. If an update requires notice or renewed consent under applicable law, we will provide it.
